The Ambolikapiky plantation is part of the 2300 ha Åkesson family estate located in the Sambirano Valley, in the North-West of Madagascar. There, since 1920, we have produced a world-famous aromatic trinitario cocoa and our specially selected pepper vines grow on the shadow trees protecting the cocoa trees. We united these two exquisite products in this fine chocolate. In this subbtle combination, the fruity-sweeet tartness of the cocoa and its pleasant flavour that evoke red berries collide with warm notes of pine kernel and fresh hints of green fruits that are so characteristic of Madagascar Black Pepper.
